The General Virtual Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to enhance productivity and efficiency for the client's organization.
Requirements
- Willingness to do voice tasks
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, BPO employee, or a relevant corporate role
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Results & detail oriented, high achiever, organized, and systematic.
- Basic to advanced command of computers, various software programsand navigating the Internet.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Willingness to work in the overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
- Willingness to be an independent contractor.
