At SAVii, we are driven by a mission to bring financial wellness to millions of employees in emerging economies. We believe that a salary is more than just take-home pay; it's the safest vehicle to financial empowerment. Our core values guide us: we think fast, and excellence is an attitude. We empower our team to dare, fostering a culture where everyone can learn and succeed. This shared culture of respect and fast execution is built on the value of transforming lives every day. We are always ready to help others improve, driven by an intimate understanding of the 'why' behind our work. Honesty, transparency, and accountability are paramount in all our interactions. We are team players who deeply respect others' ideas, suggestions, feedback, and unique work styles.

SAVii is an innovative platform that empowers HR leaders with 360-degree salary-linked wellness services designed to elevate team members personally and professionally. We are revolutionizing the employee wellness landscape at enterprise companies throughout the Philippines and across Asia. In a market historically dominated by inaccessible and sometimes predatory lenders, SAVii (formerly Uploan) was established in 2017 to offer a safe, affordable, and formal credit alternative. The need for such services was further heightened during the pandemic, a period during which SAVii doubled its customer base to become a category leader. We support over 600,000 employees by providing safe, convenient, and affordable loans, advances, mental health support, financial education, and free insurance – all with no risk or obligation for employers. Our 150+ corporate employer partners gain valuable data insights that can help manage attrition and unlock engaged, productive employees. We understand that financial stress can significantly impact employee well-being and productivity, and our services aim to alleviate this by offering a reliable financial lifeline. Our vision is that in emerging markets, where vast populations remain unbanked, salary-linked finance will become the largest and safest path to financial inclusion.
