Your Impact: What You’ll Do
- Marketing & Campaign Insights. Analyze multi-channel marketing efforts—including email, print, events, and referrals—to evaluate performance and ROI. Define clear data collection processes and run A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.
- Customer Experience & Optimization. Assess the full customer journey from onboarding to advocacy to identify friction points and growth opportunities. Specify data needs for segmentation and personalized outreach, while continuously improving the end-to-end marketing experience.
- Growth Strategy & Performance. Collaborate with the Growth Director to define key growth metrics, build quarterly reports, and review the marketing portfolio. Contribute to the development and testing of new growth strategies and ensure alignment across teams.
- Marketing Performance & Analytics. Establish and monitor performance metrics for all marketing initiatives. Set benchmarks, lead weekly performance reviews, and drive a culture of data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For: Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analysis, or business intelligence.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with event analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in structuring performance analysis and providing strategic recommendations.
- Strong communication skills to present findings and insights to stakeholders.
Nice-to-have qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or fintech industries.
- Previous experience in a growth-stage startup environment.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and attribution modeling.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
