The Talent Attraction & Acquisition (TAA) team in People & Culture is seeking an intern for Fall 2024! This virtual internship will provide you an opportunity to lead and work with the TAA team and engage in the recruitment process, diverse sourcing strategies, and other recruitment-related projects.
What You’ll be Doing (Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Impact)
- You will familiarize yourself with the tools & software that TAA at Save the Children utilizes (i.e., UKG Pro, LinkedIn, Verified Credentials, Handshake, etc.)
- You will support in moving ongoing TAA and Head Start TAA projects/tasks forward
- You will liaise between the TAA team and the Fall 2024 interns/fellows
- Support other special projects and initiatives related to talent attraction and acquisition
Required Qualifications
- Must be an actively enrolled Associate, Bachelor, Master or other post high school education program, or have graduated within 6 months of program start date
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English,
- Demonstrate collaborative interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully within a team
- Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Teams
