Chargeback Specialist

Satispay is building a complete financial platform to empower people and improve their lives. We're seeking a Chargeback Specialist to manage and resolve complex disputes and chargebacks, ensuring efficient and fair resolutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in chargeback management, payment operations, or risk operations within fintech, e-commerce, or financial services
• Proven understanding of dispute categories, evidencing standards, and resolution pathways across different payment rails
• Strong knowledge of EU regulations and consumer protection
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions
