Job Description

This position is responsible for generating new SaaS revenue for our Sapiens Decision unit. In this role, you will manage the end to end enterprise sales cycle for our innovative Decision Management solution, targeting tier-1 insurance carriers and banks. You will prospect, qualify leads, respond to RFI/RFP’s, deliver presentations, manage proof of concepts, lead contract negotiations, and close deals. Successful candidates excel at collaborating across business functions, are highly skilled at coordinating teams to drive a sale, and know how to realize long-term partnership and value for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Grow a pipeline of business within your assigned territory
  • Research a target list of prospects and develop a compelling outreach strategy
  • Consistently and persistently drive top of funnel activity
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Sapiens Decision product and methodology
  • Deliver compelling presentations to mixed audiences of business and IT leadership
  • Learn and understand your prospect’s business, tease out and document their drivers, and work with your team and prospect to build a winning business case
  • Move your prospect and your team through a complex sales cycle, maintaining flexibility, motivation, and achieving results
  • Rapidly establish a trusted advisor relationship with prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Nail your numbers
  • Record and document all activities in Salesforce

Qualifications

  • A hunter with 10+ years of direct sales experience with history of consistent quota achievement
  • At least 5 years of experience selling enterprise SaaS to Fortune 500 customers
  • Expertise in insurance and financial services
  • Expertise selling model driven no-code/low-code automation SaaS
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Travel as required

Location

Remote. East coast or Midwest preferred.
