We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our UK based P&C Insurance team to identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers and build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in a BDR or SDR role within SaaS (insurance or fintech experience strongly preferred)
- Exposure to enterprise or digital transformation sales, ideally within regulated industries
- Strong interest in technology, cloud, and SaaS business models
- Excellent research and discovery skills, with a genuine curiosity for customer challenges
- A structured, disciplined, and self motivated approach to managing your day and pipeline
- High levels of resilience and persistence-comfortable handling rejection and maintaining momentum
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced, dynamic, and evolving organisation
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM) and ABM-focused sales motions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (essential)
- Proven track record working for a Born‐in‐the‐Cloud or Cloud‐Native technology company
