Job location

In this role, you have the flexibility to work remotely from any location in Germany.

Role Description:

After completing your PhD or Master's degree, you will join us as a Consultant in Digital Transformation (m/f/d). We ensure that you quickly integrate into your project with tailored project assignments, mentorship, and introductory training, allowing you to acquire the necessary knowledge for your topics on the job. You will gradually take on more responsibility, receive regular feedback and coaching from the project manager, and together we will define your development path. You will apply your analytical skills to solve complex problems and develop tailored solutions for our clients.

Typically, you will work on the following topics:

• Together with your team, you combine the best of both worlds: Successful delivery of SAP Fioneer implementation projects and ensuring that our customers' business models thrive through our consulting services
• Wide range of topics: From Banking to Insurance, from kick-off to go-live, from initial implementation to ongoing development of the platforms
• Depending on your desired focus: analyze professional or technical challenges and develop solution approaches

Requirements

• Excellent Master's degree or PhD in Physics, Mathematics, Natural Science
• Above-average abstract thinking capabilities and logic mapping/analytical mindset
• Interest in Digital Transformation and Financial Services
• Independent working style, and willingness to take on responsibility
• Very good language skills in German and English
