WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
We are looking for skilled back end focused software engineers with experience working with Java&Kotlin, along withSpring Boot,Kubernetesand AWS, who have experience working in a software on demand production environment. You will build Cloud-native, AWS-based, greenfield software and will have time and support to invent solutions to a wide variety of user, business, and technical challenges. We havenocut-and-pasterolesand neither will your software be of the cut-and-paste (or integrate and configure) variety. Weoperatea 'build it and own it' culture, and so you will have a DevOps and individual contributormindset
These will be key hires for back-end building squads and help shape this area of thebusiness forscale and be a key member of a fast-growing global team!
EXPERIENCE
Software development in Java (Spring Boot)&Kotlin - design, build, anddeploy
Production deployment experience working withAWS
Experience with automated build and test systems for CI/CD (using Docker, Jenkins,etc)
Experienced in true Agile and its engineering practices with a true DevOpsmindset
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field.Or equivalent work experience.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Back-end Development with Java or Kotlin
Fluent in English
Able to deal with ambiguity and change.
A self-starterwho'sable to work independently where necessary, without waiting for others.A strong senseof ownership is key to the way we work.
