Who You Are:
You are an eager and highly motivated professional looking to grow your skills by building your working relationships and interacting with peers and customers at all levels within an organization. You have worked indirectly and directly with project teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to successfully deliver projects on time, on/under budget and coordinate project team members and meetings. You are an excellent communicator, with experience in planning for and achieving challenging deadlines, assessing and mitigating project risks, tracking budgets and proactively resolving unexpected issues.
What You’ll Do:
Project Managers (PMs) at SailPoint begin with a structured onboarding and mentorship program to familiarize them with our SaaS and/or Software delivery models. Within 1-2 months, the PM will begin leading projects by preparing project plans, coordinating with internal teams and customers regularly, tracking progress and deliverables, maintaining project status, forecasting, budget tracking and documenting risks and issues. After 6 months, the PM will have demonstrated a strong understanding of our delivery methodology and completed most major PM duties for small-medium projects, such as hosting kickoffs and weekly meetings, managing budgets, timelines, milestones, and risks. Within 1 year, the PM will be expected to understand basic SailPoint technology and terminology and have successfully delivered 4 projects.
Responsibilities:
Handle project management duties assigned Services engagements (80% of the role).
Manage project stakeholders and customer expectations, ensuring customer concerns, risks, and requirements are anticipated, documented, and resolved proactively.

Complete all internal project tracking and forecasting processes with accurate and timely updates.

Experience working with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Capable of maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating high degree of professionalism.
Experience with essential project management duties (project planning, managing budgets, monitoring project scope, owning stakeholder communication, and risk management)
Experience managing projects across multiple teams and geographies to ensure projects are delivered to specification, on-time, and within budget.
