Regional Marketing Manager, EMEA

Duration: (12 month Maternity Coverage)

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Regional Marketing Manager, EMEA to accelerate growth across our diverse and high-potential EMEA markets. In this critical role, you will own the regional demand generation strategy, translating global priorities into locally relevant, high-impact programs that drive pipeline, revenue, and market expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

This role requires a strong understanding of regional market dynamics, cultural nuance, language considerations, regulatory environments, and varying levels of market maturity. You will act as the voice of EMEA within the global marketing organization while serving as a strategic partner to regional Sales leadership.

How you will make a difference:

  • EMEA Demand Generation Strategy:Develop and execute region-wide, multi-channel and multi-country growth marketingcampaigns (e.g., SEM, social, email, content, webinars, and events) to drive lead generation and meet new businessobjectives. Adapt global campaigns to reflect regional priorities, vertical focus areas, and varying levels of market maturity across EMEA.

  • RegionalMessaging and Content:Localize global positioning, messaging, and campaigns into messaging that reflects local business challenges, buyer personas, cultural nuances, and regulatory considerations.Support development ofproduct narratives,pitchdecks,playbooksandother salescollateral.

  • Campaign Optimization:Monitor, test, andoptimizeregionalprograms to improve performance, enhance conversion rates, and deliver measurable results.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with EMEA Sales, Product, Marketing, and other teams to ensure activities are aligned with business goals and customer needs.

  • Stakeholder Management:Present and collaborate with senior leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and updates on campaign performance and alignment with business growth.

  • Agency Management:Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns effectively, ensuring they align with our brand and goals.

  • Market Analysis:Leverage data analytics and customer insights toidentifygrowthopportunities andrefine campaign messaging.Communicate trends, insights, and pain points back toglobal Product Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.

  • Lead Nurturing:Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies that move prospectsanddrive high-quality pipeline growth.

  • Fieldand Partner Marketing:Partner closely with EMEA Sales leadership to support key territories and strategic accounts through targeted field marketing initiatives, executive events, roundtables, trade shows, and ABM programs.

  • Reporting & Metrics: Monitor performance at both regional and country levels. Provide regular performance reports, KPIs, and campaign analysis to key stakeholders, ensuring visibility into the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives and that investment is directed toward the highest-impact markets and activities.

What will give you an advantage:

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 8 - 10 years of combined experience in strategy, B2B marketingor product marketing, with direct experience supporting EMEA markets

  • Proven experiance managing multi-country campaigns across Europe and/or broader EMEA

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing) and demand generation best practices.

  • Proventrack recordof designing, executing, andoptimizinghigh-impact demand generation campaigns that generate qualified leads and contribute to business growth.

  • Experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Required Soft Skills:

  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to prioritize investments across markets with different maturity levels, balancing long-term brand building with short-term pipeline generation.

  • Cross-Cultural Communication: Comfort working across time zones and cultures, adapting communication styles and messaging to diverse stakeholders and audiences.

  • Analytical Mindset:Strong ability to analyze marketing performance, extract insights, and drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Collaboration & Influence:Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners toalign ongoals and execute strategies.

  • Agility & Adaptability:Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, quickly adjusting strategies based on feedback, market changes, and performance data.

  • Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, results, and recommendations clearly to senior leadership.

  • Results-Oriented:A focus on achieving KPIs and business outcomes, with a constant drive for improvement and high performance.

  • Creative Problem-Solving:Ability to think creatively to overcome challenges andidentifynew opportunities for demand generation.

  • Attention to Detail:High attention to detail and ability to manage complex campaigns without losing sight of quality.
