We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our APAC Business Development Team. The role is a work-from-home position based in Manila, Philippines, and requires a proven track record of prospecting and cold calling into ANZ and Southeast Asian markets. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with initiative, attention to detail, and resourcefulness in building a high-quality sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in B2B inside sales, business development, or customer support with a strong focus on outbound prospecting.
- Proven, demonstrable success cold calling and prospecting into ANZ (Australia and/or New Zealand) markets.
- Native or near-native English fluency (spoken and written), with a clear, professional communication style suited to engaging business professionals across ANZ and Southeast Asia.
- Ability to source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted email campaigns.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform.
- Strong listening, qualification, and objection-handling skills.
