As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring accuracy of GEO data within systems and internal Financial Tools. You will also collaborate with Product and Development teams to push for automation and process efficiency, and develop reports and analysis to drive GEO Onboarding decision making.
Requirements
- General knowledge of GEO business
- Experience with HR, payroll processing controls, or compliance standards
- Must be able to demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of payroll, HR or BPO experience
- Experience in multi-national shared service environment preferred
- Experience in SOC1 compliance desirable but not essential
