Senior Technical Product Support Specialist
Team Description
The service and support team maintains direct contact with customers pre-sale or post-sales or both.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Mana entire fare filing work for KR agencies and coordinate appropriate resources to resolve critical incidents related to job
- Responsible for private fare filing for airlines and communication with airlines for smooth process.
- Responsible for all spot promotional fare distribution for InterterparkTriple including advanced sales fares, pattern private fares and discounted fares.
- To support and help KR airlines using 3rd party fare filing company (WNS) for CAT33 function for prompt and effective communication with WNS . Support translation of fare sheet if required.
- Ensure accuracy of all distributed fares and performs quality assurance in Sabre GDS to guarantee accurate display.
- Resolve and follow up with distributed fare quote/pricing issues in liaise with Sabre relevant team.
- Expand the fare distribution role to support overseas OTA as well as other KR OTA if above mentioned roles are fully stabilized and affordable.
- Responsible for IBE operation for KR agencies
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Minimum High School diploma, University student or graduate. Technical experience strongly desired
- Demonstrates effective teamwork skills
- Demonstrates ability to work under pressure and handling complexity
- Must be organized, able to multi-task and work in all areas as needed
- Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Travel Industry background is desired.
- Experience with travel distribution/reservation/fare filing system
