Role and Responsibilities
The Senior Manager Merchant Payment Partnerships role will be responsible for bringing more payment and financial providers into our Payments Platform and manage the existing ones . You will focus on identifying and getting deals with new partners and identify areas to expand the current Merchant business, so Sabre can provide a comprehensive offer to our customers. As part of these efforts, you will collaborate with internal teams to choose the one that best suits Sabre customer needs.
What will you achieve?
Identify and source enterprise partnership opportunities with key partners within the financial and payment services space.
Drive commercial deals from concept to key terms to contract signature and integration.
Deliver a great experience to our partners - you will represent our company and be our partners’ liaison internally.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Commercial, Operations, Marketing) to identify and implement growth opportunities.
Keep aware of the market trends to expand opportunities and address new partnership areas with expanded services.
Work with commercial team to deliver the best partners for our cardholder customers.
Understand the market and define the strategy to keep a list of partners that provides the more comprehensive offering to customers

Must Have Skills:
6+ years’ experience leading partnerships relationships in payments or travel payments
10+ years in Payments
Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior team members and customers-even C level at top customers
Strong commercial acumen
Customer focus mindset.
Exceptional communication ability
Strong payments knowledge on different regions around the world
Strategic and Analytical thinking with willingness to challenge the status quo in order to make partnerships happen
Capable of managing and prioritizing several competing tasks
Positive attitude, willing to learn and step out of the comfort zone.
Experience on Issuing and B2B payments
Fluent in English
Nice to Have Skills:
Understanding of the Travel Industry and the GDSs dynamics.
Experience with Online, Leisure and Business travel agencies.
