IT Systems Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain desktop and mobile device management (MDM) systems for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and monitoring of physical and virtual servers.
• Manage user access, provisioning, and single sign-on (SSO) across various cloud platforms.
• Ensure network availability, performance, and security across local and cloud-based environments.
• Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalated technical issues.
• Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SaaS platforms and integrations.
• Automate tasks and improve workflows using scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Assist in the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT systems or network administration.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least three of the following platforms:

• Experience with MDM tools (e.g., Fleet, Kandji, Jamf, Intune, Mosyle, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with SSO and identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, Google IAM, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across hardware, software, and network layers.
• Familiarity with automation platforms or infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting a hybrid or fully remote workforce.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice).
