Ryz Labs is looking for a Community Manager to join one of our clients. By prioritizing innovation and customer engagement, our client aims to build a vibrant community around their exciting brand vision. We are seeking a skilled Community Manager and Content Writer to amplify their voice and deepen connections with their audience.
Qualifications:
- +4 years of experience in community management and content creation.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to produce engaging content across various platforms.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and analytics tools.
- E-commerce experience (Nice to have)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow online communities on platforms like Reddit and social media.
- Create compelling blog posts and articles that align with our brand vision.
- Develop strategies to engage and nurture our community, responding to feedback professionally.
- Analyze engagement metrics to refine content strategies.
