Chief Executive Officer, AI-Driven RPO Staffing
We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead the strategic evolution of our staffing firm into a high-growth, AI-enabled Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) powerhouse.
The ideal candidate is an RPO subject matter expert who understands how to build, sell, and scale managed services. You will bridge the gap between traditional recruitment and the future of talent acquisition by leveraging our proprietary AI tools to deliver unmatched efficiency to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Development
Define the RPO value proposition and go-to-market strategy.
Identify and secure enterprise-level RPO contracts (Project RPO, Selective RPO, and Full RPO).
Serve as the face of the brand, positioning the company as a tech-forward leader in the staffing industry.
2. Product & Process Optimization
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure our AI tools solve real-world recruitment bottlenecks (e.g., automated sourcing, bias reduction, high-volume screening).
Standardize RPO delivery processes to ensure consistent quality across all client accounts.
3. Financial & Operational Oversight
Own the P&L for the RPO division, ensuring healthy margins through the efficiency gains provided by AI.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) that go beyond "hires per month" to include "cost-per-hire" and "time-to-productivity."
