As a UX/UI Designer, you will join our UX design team, which focuses on creating internal web and mobile apps.

About You:
- You have experience in designing both mobile and web applications.
- You have prior experience working with other designers, product managers, business analysts, backend and frontend software developers.
- You take ownership and manage projects from a design perspective.
- You are constantly raising the bar of quality within the project, making your voice heard and ensuring your contribution aligns with all the stakeholders.
- You are comfortable collaborating with remote stakeholders and working on distributed projects.
- You can effectively work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Strong portfolio with a diverse range of projects
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe creative suite
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale
- Experience in creating and working with Design Systems
- Agile mindset and familiarity with the concept of MVP
