Job Purpose
As an AssociateSales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers who are looking to transform and localize their content at scale.
You will be the first point of contact for many prospects, helping them understand how RWS’s technology-enabled content transformation and localization solutions can solve real business challenges. Working closely with Sales, you will help convert early-stage interest into high-quality sales opportunities.

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Sales to execute lead generation programs and outbound campaigns
- Identify, engage, and qualify new prospects through outbound calling, email, and digital outreach
- Educate prospects on RWS’s content transformation, localization, and technology-led solutions
- Nurture early-stage opportunities and guide prospects through initial discovery conversations
- Map target organizations, identifying key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers
- Qualify prospects against defined criteria before converting them into sales-accepted leads
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM
- Leverage modern sales tools and techniques to personalize outreach and improve engagement
Skills & Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of German language is a significant advantage
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or lead qualification
- Comfortable engaging prospects via phone, email, and digital channels
- Experience working in a B2B environment, ideally with technology or services
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
