We are a passionate, employee-owned, boutique recruitment firm specialising in Accounting and Finance. Founded by David Chambers, we initially served clients in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Like many boutique recruitment firms, we began in a home office. However, within months and with a rapidly growing clientele in the Sydney and London CBD, we relocated to better service our clients in both these key financial districts.

We focus on permanent positions (both part-time and full-time) with large listed businesses, from boutique Public Practice firms to the Mid-Tiers and Big 4. These roles vary from cadet to partner level across a range of disciplines including Business Services, Audit, SMSF, Insolvency, Forensics, and Corporate Tax. We also specialise in Financial Accounting in industries such as Financial Services & Banking, Technology, Media, Retail, Construction & Property, Renewables & Sustainability, Not-for-profit, Education, and Health Care. We work with large international multinationals while still servicing local businesses.
