Step into a dynamic role as a Senior IT / OT Program / Project Manager, where your expertise will fuel innovation, streamline processes, and transform our organisation into a future defined by technological excellence and efficiency. We invite you to apply for this strategic role navigating complex projects as well as coaching other project managers to improve overall performance. This position includes on-site presence and cannot be conducted fully remote. Applicants need to be open to travel between our locations, mainly Germany & UK.
Your Tasks
- Program/Project Leadership: Lead and oversee complex IT/OT projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Methodology Integration: Apply extensive knowledge of classic and agile project management methodologies to tailor approaches based on project requirements. Drive the adoption of best practices, ensuring a cohesive and efficient project management framework.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed. Collaborate with other departments to align project objectives with organizational goals.
- Professional Development: Develop and implement training programs for Project Managers, focusing on classic and agile methodologies, project controls, and industry best practices. Mentor and coach Project Managers, offering guidance on project execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, IPMA A/B) and Agile certifications (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist). Certification in Program Management (e.g. PgMP) is a strong plus.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in leading complex IT/OT programmes and projects, having a solid background in OT
- Proven track record in successfully delivering challenging programs and projects with a wide range of stakeholders (up to board level) while applying assertiveness, tact and the highest degree of accountability.
- Strong leadership, excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to articulate and negotiate simple but also complex messages to relevant stakeholders with special focus on Director & Board level
- You are experienced in training and mentoring other Project Managers and familiar with project budget control and financial management
