In this pivotal role, you will spearhead strategic initiatives as part of our Collins Mission Systems team. What You Will Do:
- Plan and control finances for fixed price and cost re-determinable development programs, ensuring effective administration.
- Develop and maintain the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) for project management.
- Analyze program cost and schedule performance, identifying trends, and providing corrective action recommendations to the Project Leadership Team (PLT).
- Interact with external customers for cost and schedule data, and support contract Estimates at Complete (EACs) for financial backing of program teams.
- Assist Program Management in risk and opportunity assessment, demonstrating expertise in Earned Value Management and scheduling tools like Deltek Cobra and SAP/BW.
- Communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and apply knowledge of company systems and policies to support business objectives.
- Analyze and forecast monthly sales, profit, and milestone billings, providing variance analysis and compliance support for internal and external audits.
- Mentor and train cost analysts, providing leadership and performing backup duties as needed.
- Adapt to unexpected events, meet critical deadlines, and support the Integrated Strategic Solutions business initiatives.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience oran Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
- Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Prior experience with government contracts is highly preferred.
- Expertise in planning and scheduling, particularly with relevant software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management concepts
- Flexibility to travel up to 10%.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
