RemoteRTX is looking for a dynamic, talented Senior Manager for our ES Finance Transformation team.

The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Enterprise Services, team.
What You Will Do:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for business and technical applications within the Enterprise Services Finance Transformation function.
- Design and develop ETL processes to support data integration and transformation using Matillion and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Lead the design of scalable database solutions leveraging Snowflake for enterprise reporting and analytics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Qlik Sense that meet evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across corporate and business units to analyze needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Provide hands-on production support for existing data automation solutions developed in SSIS, Matillion, Qlik Sense, and Tableau.
- Align business objectives with IT solutions through strong analytical and technical skills.
- Apply best practices in data architecture, ETL, and reporting to support transformation initiatives.
- Work independently while coordinating with Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, and other IT teams to ensure solution integrity.
- Ensure compliance with software development standards, testing procedures, and documentation protocols.
- Continuously seek improvement opportunities in systems, processes, and tools.
- Up to 10% travel for project and/or team collaboration.

- You will gain experience working on enterprise-wide transformation projects with a focus on data integration and analytics.
- You will gain experience working within an Enterprise Services Finance organization, supporting financial systems, reporting processes, and data solutions that drive strategic decision-making across a global business.
- You will develop deep technical expertise in modern data platforms and reporting tools.
- This position may offer opportunities for certifications in Snowflake, Tableau, Matillion, or related technologies.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience oran Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position
Experience designing and developing ETL processes using tools like Matillion or SSIS
Experience in database development with SQL Server, Snowflake, or similar platforms
Experience with building reporting and analytics solutions using Tableau and Qlik Sense
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline with a minimum of 15 years experience.
- Experience working on transformation initiatives within a regulated industry.
- Experience working with Agile or SAFe methodologies.
- Prior experience with data governance and data quality initiatives.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerApps.
