The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
RTX Corporation is seeking a skilled and experienced Test Engineer with a strong background in automation testing using Tricentis Tosca, performance testing experience using tools such as Tricentis NeoLoad and OctoPerf, and SAP testing expertise. This role is critical in ensuring the quality, scalability, and reliability of enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving innovation in test automation and performance testing while collaborating in Agile environments to deliver high-quality results.
What You Will Do:
Collaborate with project teams to define and implement testing strategies, test plans, and use cases, with a primary focus on automation testing using Tricentis Tosca.
Design, develop, and maintain reusable and robust automation test scripts for enterprise applications across SAP Fiori, web, and mobile platforms.
Leverage Tricentis Tosca to automate complex testing scenarios, ensuring maximum coverage and efficiency.
Perform performance testing using tools such as Tricentis NeoLoad and OctoPerf, including workload modeling and results analysis to assess system behavior under load.
Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks, recommend performance tuning, and validate system reliability and scalability.
Support test environment setup, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless execution of automated and performance tests.
Actively participate in Agile and SAFe workflows, contributing to sprints and ensuring the timely delivery of quality software releases.
Provide test execution reports, updates, and insights to stakeholders, ensuring visibility into testing progress and outcomes.
Continuously identify and implement improvements to testing processes, frameworks, and tools.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline with 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca, including test case creation, execution, and framework development.
5+ years of experience in performance testing, including test execution and results analysis using tools such as Tricentis NeoLoad and OctoPerf.
Proficiency in SAP Fiori application testing and experience with web and mobile application test automation.
Expertise in JIRA for task tracking, test management, and issue resolution.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, including SAFe frameworks.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and efficiency with excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Reporting: Power BI for result analysis and dashboard creation.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
