We are a global strategy consulting firm, originally founded in Munich, Germany, in 1967 by Roland Berger. Since our beginnings as a solo venture, we have grown into an international presence with around 3,500 colleagues working in over 50 offices across Europe, North & South America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. We are proud to be the only leading consultancy with a German heritage and European origin, and this background shapes our diverse culture and core values. Our firm is independently and exclusively owned by our partners.
