• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in consulting or relevant industry positions
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
• Strong business acumen and industry insights
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proven track record of developing creative solutions from strategy to implementation
• Demonstrated leadership potential and experience working in diverse teams
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Tableau)
• Outstanding project management and organizational skills
