The Senior Transition Manager is responsible for the end to end management of transitions to RSS within the area of GCX EXO and acts as a single point of contact from our side. The job holder acts as the substitute for the Transition Management Lead, supports her/him in defining the Service Transition Strategy & Framework, and is also responsible for training, developing, motivating and coaching other team members.

The Opportunity

  • Initiate retrofit, perform Fit-Gap sessions, and gather the necessary data for transition.

  • Oversee internal and external transitions, including UAT and Affiliate-SSC transitions.

  • Ensure project plans and timelines are followed, and keep stakeholders informed.

  • Track transition progress, measure impact, and provide feedback to Program Leads and BPMs.

  • Identify and validate service gaps, and ensure action items resolve major issues.

  • Manage change communication, handle resistance, and train team members.

  • Conduct performance reviews, share best practices, act as a backup leader, and represent the team in forums.

Who you are

  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strategic long-term planning.

  • Mastery in interpersonal communication, assertiveness, and influencing skills for building partnerships.

  • Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

  • Possess 4-5 years of SSC experience, 3 years in Compliance/Customer Experience, and strong English communication.

  • Open-minded, proactive, adept at international collaboration, and proficient in Office/Google suite.
