Rippling is seeking a Support Operations Manager to lead core support activities, including system changes, workforce management, reporting, and change management. The successful candidate will have expert-level knowledge of the processes and infrastructure required to ensure high-quality service and operations at scale.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Operations (Support, Sales, or RevOps)
- At least 3 years of experience managing people
- Deep proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale initiatives from conception to completion
- Strong analytical skills, including Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Snowflake)
- SQL skills are highly preferred
