Rho is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join their core product team in Poland to build and scale their all-in-one commercial banking platform. The role involves working on critical product areas such as Accounts Payable automation and money transfer details.

Requirements

4+ years of professional experience as a full stack software engineer
Solid understanding of backend systems and experience building APIs and distributed services
Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar backend languages
Strong experience with TypeScript and React for modern frontend development
Knowledge of distributed systems including trade-offs made to either support higher load or lower latency within an application
Experience in a start-up or enterprise within a highly technical market segment, such as AI, security, finance and blockchain, or infrastructure
