About the Role

As a System Development and Automation, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our educational technology platform to new heights of efficiency and effectiveness. Your expertise in system development and automation will drive the seamless integration of third-party platforms, enabling us to deliver innovative educational solutions to our students. Through your strategic approach and meticulous attention to detail, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of automated solutions that streamline workflows, optimize processes, and enhance the overall user experience. Your proactive mindset and problem-solving skills will empower our team to overcome challenges, maximize productivity, and achieve our strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, from conceptualizing and implementing automated workflows to monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues. You will also take a proactive role in maintaining and debugging our systems and automation processes, ensuring that they operate smoothly and efficiently at all times. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our platform operates with the highest standards of quality and reliability. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the success of our educational initiatives, as you work tirelessly to enhance the functionality, reliability, and scalability of our systems.

Requirements

• Proficiency in system development and automation: You should possess strong skills in system development and automation, with the ability to design, develop, and deploy automated solutions using programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java. Experience in working with third-party platforms and APIs is highly desirable.
• Technical expertise: Given the nature of the Edutech industry, you should be technologically adept and comfortable working with various software platforms and systems. Familiarity with cloud computing, and database management is advantageous.
• Communication and collaboration: Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders. You should effectively communicate goals, instructions, and requirements, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.
• Analytical mindset: You should demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify patterns, correlations, and opportunities. Your expertise in data manipulation and analysis will be crucial in making data-driven decisions and optimizing processes.
• Project management skills: Strong project management skills are necessary to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure timely delivery of projects and operations. You should be adept at project planning, setting timelines, and streamlining processes to meet deliverables. Adhering to the "80:20 rule" and maintaining a focus on the most important tasks is key.
