  What will you do?
  
  Lead and Inspire: Direct a talented team, including a graphic artist and remote specialists in sales, marketing, and platform management.
• Strategic Analysis: Use your analytical skills to interpret market trends and customer preferences and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Drive Sales Growth: Develop pricing and promotional strategies that balance profitability with market competitiveness.
• Continuous Improvement: Seek innovative ways to enhance our systems and practices, significantly impacting our operations and success.
• Collaborative Leadership: Establish strong relationships within the team and throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Have English skills up to C1/C2
• Has experience with category managment on Amazon
• Have worked with e-commerce or retail business
• Bachelor's degree or education into Business Management, Marketing, Supply Chain or equivalent
• Worked with project management tools
• Are a client focused person and don't hold back into find resourcess to conquers
