Product Engineer (Full-Stack)
Location: Remote (Global)
Employment Type: Full-time / Contractor
About Rendify
Rendify empowers top architects, interior designers, and real estate developers with stunning, photorealistic 3D renders that bring their visions to life. Powered by AI-enhanced workflows and a world-class CGI team, we deliver industry-leading speed and quality for global design professionals.
We’re now building our next-generation AI rendering applicationand we’re looking for a Product Engineer who can move with extreme speed and precision. This is a role for someone who treats LLMs as a primary development tool and is excited to help shape the future of how rendering pipelines are built.
About the Role
This is a software engineering role, not a product management or 3D artist position. You’ll be hands-on in code every day.
This is a highly hands-on, technical role at the intersection of product, engineering, and 3D rendering. You’ll be responsible for rapidly prototyping and shipping rendering features by orchestrating AI coding tools, rather than hand-writing every line of code from scratch.
You’ll collaborate closely with our CGI, product, and engineering leads to translate creative requirements (lighting, materials, geometry, camera setups, etc.) into performant, production-ready features inside our internal tools and applications. Your job is to turn ideas and visual requirements into working, testable codefast.
Key Responsibilities
Rapidly prototype and iterate on rendering pipelines (lighting, materials, texture workflows, geometry handling) using AI coding tools and LLMs.
Use LLMs as your primary dev assistant: generate, refactor, and debug code while enforcing production-level standards for stability and performance.
“Stitch together” AI-generated snippets into cohesive, maintainable features and systems.
Translate creative and technical requirements from CGI and product teams into clear implementation plans and working code.
Integrate and optimize rendering logic across front-end and/or back-end systems (e.g., web apps, internal tools, automation scripts).
Profile and improve performance, ensuring fast feedback loops for artists and users.
Implement basic monitoring, logging, and guardrails around AI-generated logic to ensure quality and reliability.
Stay up to date on LLM, AI coding, and rendering/graphics tooling trends and continuously feed those capabilities back into our workflows.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Software Engineer / Product Engineer / Full-Stack Engineer, ideally in graphics, creative tools, or internal tooling.
Daily comfort using AI coding tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codeium) as part of your dev workflow.
Strong skills in at least one back-end and one front-end stack, for example:
Back-end: Python (FastAPI, Django, etc.) or Node.js
Front-end: JavaScript/TypeScript with a modern framework (e.g., React).
Familiarity with 3D / rendering technologies, such as:
WebGL / Three.js, or
Game engines (Unity, Unreal), or
Scripting around DCC tools (e.g., Blender).
Understanding of core graphics concepts: meshes, materials, lighting, cameras, textures.
Strong debugging skills: you don’t blindly trust AI outputyou review, test, and harden it.
Outcome-obsessed: you care about the visual result, UX, and iteration speed, not about hand-crafting every line of code.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote, async-first environment.
Bonus Points
Experience with AI image/video/3D tools (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Runway, Midjourney, NeRFs, texture generation models).
Experience building tools or pipelines for artists, designers, or technical artists.
Experience with performance profiling and optimization in graphics-heavy applications.
What We Offer
Opportunity to shape the core of Rendify’s next-generation AI rendering platform.
Work closely with a global, forward-thinking CGI and product team working at the edge of 3D and AI.
100% remote work with flexible hours.
Competitive compensation based on experience and engagement type (contract / full-time).
