We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our daily operations and provide comprehensive administrative assistance. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. This role involves handling communications, basic bookkeeping, banking tasks, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth workflow for the executive team
- Draft, proofread, and send professional emails and correspondence
- Assist with banking-related tasks, including payments, tracking expenses, and maintaining records
- Perform light bookkeeping duties such as updating financial logs, organizing receipts, and monitoring budgets
- Maintain organized digital files and documents
- Coordinate schedules, reminders, and follow-ups
- Support special projects and other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting tools is an advantage
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in standard office tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
