Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Implementation Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce implementations, focusing primarily on Sales, Service, Financial Services, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership & Client Management: Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships while consistently managing expectations and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Consultative Approach: Guide clients on best practices, advise client growth on the Salesforce platform, and offer proactive and creative solutions while anticipating client needs.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, setting and managing key milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Scope & Budget Management: Review statements of work with clients and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Proactively identify and address out-of-scope requests, determining their impact on budget and timeline.
- Requirements Gathering & Communication: Collaborate closely with clients to capture business requirements and user stories, offering expert guidance and then clearly communicating those technical requirements to the Salesforce Administrator.
- Basic Salesforce Administration: Set up new users, adjust page layouts, build basic reports and dashboards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dedicated project management role, with a focu on Salesforce implementations.
- Proven expertise in leading complex, multi-phase Salesforce implementations in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
- Experience in implementing solutions for Sales/Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-driven and resourceful, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Benefits
- Full-Time Position M-F from 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time
- Salary: Up to 6,500USD Monthly
- Location: 100% remote for candidates based in LATAM.
- Contract: Independent Contractor
- PTO Included (10 days yearly)
