Remote Talent LATAM is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to act as the primary point of contact for clients across multiple active Salesforce projects. The role requires strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills, as well as experience managing client relationships and scope control.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Salesforce Business Analyst, Implementation, or consulting role
- 3–4+ years of experience in client-facing roles (Account Management, Project Management, or similar)
- Strong experience managing client relationships, including handling difficult conversations and scope control
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, automation (flows/workflows), and basic configuration
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
