We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to act as the primary point of contact for clients across multiple active Salesforce projects, managing discovery sessions, client communication, and project coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Salesforce Business Analyst, Implementation, or consulting role
- 3–4+ years of experience in client-facing roles (Account Management, Project Management, or similar)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, automation (flows/workflows), and basic configuration
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
