Our Client:Our client is a signage solutions company based in the U.S., specializing in the design, production, and installation of high-quality signage for commercial projects. Their mission is to deliver impactful, on-brand signage, from concept to installation, through a collaborative, efficient, and client-focused approach. As the company grows, they are building a strong remote team to support project delivery and ensure an outstanding client experience.
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Estimator / Project Manager to join our client’s team. This is a hybrid role that combines two critical functions: pre-sale estimation and post-sale project management. You will work closely with the sales team to prepare accurate quotes and proposals, then take ownership of the project delivery process — coordinating vendors, permits, scheduling, and installation logistics.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing both technical and operational aspects of signage projects, thrives in a collaborative remote environment, and wants to play a pivotal role in a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
Estimation & Pre-Sales Support:
- Review discovery and site-survey inputs (measurements, photos, scope, budget) and translate them into vendor RFQs, quotes, designs, and detailed project estimates.
- Prepare accurate pricing proposals and pitch decks for the Sales Consultant.
- Research and source vendors, maintaining and updating the preferred vendor list.
- (Nice-to-have) Perform takeoffs from large construction bid packages to isolate signage scope, specifications, quantities, and finishes.
Project Management & Delivery:
- Manage the full project lifecycle post-sale, including permitting, vendor and work order issuance, ordering, ETA tracking, and logistics coordination.
- Coordinate installation schedules, communicate with customers, and ensure site requirements (access, parking, equipment) are addressed.
- Perform quality checks on received materials and oversee project documentation, including installation forms, completion photos, and marketing archives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve documentation standards and ensure all required inputs are collected before project kickoff.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in estimation, project coordination, or project management.
- Background in civil engineering, architecture, construction, or implementation preferred.
- Experience managing projects remotely for U.S.-based clients (site visits are not required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets and project management platforms (e.g., Monday, Trello, or Asana).
- Ability to collaborate closely with sales and operations teams in real time.
Benefits
- Full-Time Position: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time (US)
- Salary: $1,500 – $1,700 USD/month
- Contract: Independent Contractor
- Paid Time Off & Holiday
- 100% Remote Work Environment
