  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

  • Highlight key risks/issues for discussion and mitigation to management and senior leadership
  • Track and maintain documented status of project deliverables and milestones based on information collected from internal business partners
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships through customer written and verbal engagement
  • Deliver presentations of project status to effectively communicate throughout the project life cycle.
  • Prepare for, facilitate, and follow-up as needed for all Service Delivery/PMO meetings (one-on-one meetings, business reviews and presentations)
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, or 7–10 years of equivalent experience
  • 5–8 years of project management (or closely related) experience
  • Strong delivery fundamentals: accurate planning, milestone execution, effective resource management, clear status reporting, risk management, and project documentation; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong meeting facilitation skills, including capturing minutes, documenting action items/commitments, and driving follow-through
  • Solid technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office; experience with Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools
  • Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
  • Experience delivering projects end-to-end across the full lifecycle
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively and navigate ambiguity
  • Proven ability to deliver projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline

  • Ability to lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate work across multiple contributors
  • Working knowledge of contract language and the ability to translate contractual requirements into delivery plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
