We coordinate policies, processes, and data that help senior leaders grow, plan their careers, and support succession planning across the organisation. About the Role:
This role supports the delivery of the Management Development Plan (MDP) and the annual Organisational Talent Review (OTR). You will provide high‑quality coordination, administrative support, and data management for executive development activities, working with senior stakeholders across multiple time zones. The role offers variety, responsibility, and exposure to global leadership development work.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive and Programme Support
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, and reference calls across global time zones
- Liaise with senior leaders and executive assistants to coordinate schedules and share updates
- Arrange UK and international travel and process expenses
- Maintain accurate and confidential development and talent data
- Support delivery of the annual Organisational Talent Review process
Management Development Plan (MDP) Coordination
- Coordinate the MDP process from participant entry through to completion
- Prepare and update documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Track progress, follow up on actions, and highlight risks or delays
- Collate feedback from reference calls, identify themes, and prepare clear summary reports
- Proofread and quality‑check final reports before sharing
Project Support
- Contribute to wider executive development and talent projects, such as leadership or well-being initiatives
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Confidence working independently and with remote colleagues
- Comfort handling sensitive and confidential information
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in administration, coordination, HR, or executive support is helpful but not essential
- Familiarity with HR systems (such as Workday) is an advantage
