Job Description

The Workforce Strategist role is crucial in helping our future customers solve complex workforce problems, educating the market on this new way of working, and being an important part of Reejig hitting our revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Work directly with customers to understand their challenges and demonstrate how Reejig's solutions can address these issues.
• Problem Solving: Utilize your expertise in HR, workforce strategy, talent acquisition or management to provide insightful and effective solutions.
• Education and Training: Educate customers on the best practices and implementation of Reejig's platform.
• Content Creation: Collaborate to create engaging content that promotes our mission and solutions.
• Networking: Leverage and expand your professional network to generate new opportunities and foster relationships.
• Team Goals: Contribute to team objectives and work towards achieving our strategic goals.
• Innovation: Embrace and promote the integration of AI, flex workers, and core Reejig team members into our customers' workforce DNA.
• Business Development: Act as a business builder, identifying new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• Minimum 7+ years experience in HR, workforce strategy, or talent management, either directly working as a subject matter expert or consulting to the space.
• Someone who has a passion for solving problems.
• Must care deeply about solving customers' problems.
• Can operate in a startup, fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter as you are working from home.
• Acts like a business builder.
