Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking experienced Australian-accounting professionals to join our growing dental technology and healthcare group. This opportunity is open to AU Accountant with strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and direct customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support and onboard dental clinics onto the platform.
• Assess customers’ existing payroll and payment processes and guide them through system migration.
• Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Triage inbound phone calls and collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Provide insights and feedback on customer challenges to help improve product and processes.
• Work alongside an external accounting firm to deliver accounting and advisory services.
• Prepare and review financial forecasts and cashflow projections
• Assist with auditing activities and financial controls
• Analyse and report on key financial and operational KPIs across the clinic portfolio
• Support business decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

• CPA or CA qualification (mandatory)
• Strong working knowledge of the Australian tax system, including GST and PAYG Withholding
• Solid experience with Xero accounting software
• Formal training or hands-on experience with Australian accounting standards
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Clear, confident, and professional phone manner.
• Comfortable engaging directly with Australian clients and stakeholders.
• Willingness to work Australian business hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (AEDST), Monday to Friday.
• Training will be provided on dental-specific and payroll-related software systems.
