Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize multichannel CRM strategies (push, email, SMS, in-app, WhatsApp).

• Build personalized user journeys for acquisition, retention, monetization, and reactivation.
• Monitor engagement, conversion, LTV, and churn KPIs, proposing continuous improvements.
• Conduct behavioral analyses and advanced customer segmentation.
• Work closely with Squads, Product, and Data teams to ensure data-driven campaigns.
• Apply automation and artificial intelligence for personalization at scale.

Requirements

• Previous experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, Growth, or related fields.
• Proficiency in at least one CRM platform: CleverTap, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar.
• Experience creating automated journeys, retention campaigns, and monetization strategies.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and turn insights into actionable steps.
• Experience with A/B testing and metric-based optimization.

Nice-to-Haves

• Knowledge of machine learning applied to CRM (recommendations, churn prediction, next best action).
• Experience with AI-driven campaign orchestration.
• Familiarity with BI tools and SQL for analysis and segmentation.
• Intermediate English and Spanish would be a plus.
