Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for project management and PMO of legacy modernization projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the project management of the following tasks:
- Legacy Modernization Proposal
- Analysis and evaluation of current systems
- Study of modernization methods
- Formulation of TOBE architecture model
- System development and testing (development according to the above methods, comparison with the current system, etc.)
- Overall project promotion (management of cost, schedule, resources, issues, quality, etc.)

Required Skills:
- Experience in management of large scale projects (leadership experience may be included depending on the content of the project)
- Experience in SI development from upstream to downstream (experience in multiple projects is desirable)
- Ability to communicate appropriately and smoothly with internal and external stakeholders in projects.
Welcome Skills:
- Experience in migration from mainframe to open platforms by rewriting, rehosting, rebuilding, etc.
- Experience in global projects and working with foreign companies and people.
- Experience (or interest) in offshore development
- Technical knowledge of mainframe environment such as COBOL85, PL/I, RPG, JCL, Assembler, RDB, NDB, etc. of IBM, Fujitsu, Hitachi, Unisys, etc.
- Experience in program development, operation and maintenance in one of the mainframe environments such as IBM, Fujitsu, NEC, Hitachi, Unisys, etc.
- Experience in responding to RFIs, RFPs, etc. from customers (customer service and preparation of responses)
