About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Platform Infrastructure Engineer who is passionate about MLOps and AI infrastructure, with strong backend development skills to help drive our cutting-edge generative AI platform. You'll be at the heart of designing and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our AI model training, inference, and deployment systems, while also contributing to our C#/.NET backend development as we scale our platform. This role offers the opportunity to shape both our ML infrastructure and application architecture. C++ integration experience is a valuable bonus that would enhance your impact across our full technology stack.

Responsibilities

MLOps & AI Infrastructure Leadership

• Design and implement scalable ML training and inference pipelines using AWS container orchestration, managed ML services, and auto-scaling technologies
• Architect and manage containerized workloads for AI model training, conversion, and deployment
• Optimize cost and performance of GPU-accelerated compute infrastructure
• Build robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for production ML workloads
• Drive ML infrastructure strategy and best practices across the organization
• Lead migration and adaptation between different cloud architecture patterns based on evolving requirements

Backend Development & Platform Operations

• Maintain and extend our C#/.NET backend APIs and microservices architecture
• Collaborate on feature development and technical architecture decisions
• Manage complete application infrastructure including web services, databases, and supporting systems
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for both ML models and application deployments
• Ensure platform security, performance, and reliability across all services

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills

• 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or MLOps with deep AWS ecosystem experience and ability to adapt between different cloud architecture patterns
• Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET development and modern backend practices
• Proven expertise with containerization, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD systems
• Deep understanding of ML/AI workloads, model deployment, and production ML systems
• Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and database management

• Enjoys working across the full technology stack from infrastructure to application code
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with evolving technical requirements

Great if you also have:

• C++ development experiece with cross-platform build systems
• Background in game development or real-time systems
• Experience with GPU computing and AI inference optimization
