Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

  • Lead the team responsible for building and maintaining relationships with technical partners (such as technical platforms, midoffices, channel managers, etc.), playing a crucial role in ETG API Distribution and Supply business lines.
  • Mentor and guide team members encouraging a culture of innovation, collaboration, proactivity and excellence.
  • Provide strategic direction and support to ensure the team achieves its goals effectively.

Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and execute strategies to scale operations and maximize revenue from launched platforms.
  • Proactively seek and implement new ways to increase earnings from technical partnerships and partners that use connectivities with them.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies and emerging opportunities.
  • Use insights to guide strategic decisions and find opportunities for growth.

Building New Business Relationships and Managing Current Partnerships:

  • Identify new opportunities for collaboration and expansion within the market.
  • Maintain strong relationships with current partners and implement strategies for commercial optimization and maximizing mutual benefits.

Leading Internal Projects:

  • Oversee internal projects that evolve from various business requirements.
  • Contribute to the Center of Excellence and Knowledge, enabling the establishment of streamlined and effective processes among teams to leverage our connectivity capabilities.
  • Drive efficiency and enhance performance by fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing across departments.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and alignment with business objectives

Requirements

  • Relevant experience. 3+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role within the travel or technology industry
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing successful business relationships
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in utilizing analytical tools
  • Familiarity with travel technology platforms and industry trends
  • International mindset. Adaptability to multicultural environments, reflecting our global presence.
  • Be Your Own CEO. Work independently with a high level of accountability.
  • Think outside-the-box. Develop and implement creative solutions to challenges.
  • Education. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Location. LATAM and Europe.
