As the Social Media Manager at Raydiant, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand's presence and engagement across various social media platforms. In addition to managing our TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter accounts, you will develop and execute innovative social media strategies that align with our company's mission and values.
This role is available remote. You can work from anywhere.
Responsibilities:
Support our marketing leader in developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy across TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
Create engaging, original content tailored to each platform's audience and best practices
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and report on ROI
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices, and adapt our strategy accordingly
Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule across all platforms
Provide regular reports on social media performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency
Proven track record of growing social media followings and engagement
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences
Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
