Technical Account Manager - AWS Cloud

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct implementation calls.
• Present written and verbal proposals and grow the installed base.Understand invoicing, contracts, proposals and renewals.
• Escalate with guidance and receive escalations.
• Intelligently speak to customer technologycapabilities, possibilities, and pitfalls.
• Recognize and understand why and how to fix.
• Owns coordination with RXT teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recognize gaps based on customer's current build and analyses for future gaps based on proposed changes.
• Explain why specific options will work and the difference in recommendations.
• Guide customers through implementation options.
• Be the primary customer advocate.
• Work with Rackspace cloud engineers, CSM, and other stakeholders to translate business and technical objectives into Rackspace solutions.
• Provide impartial advocacy, ongoing support, and assistance for workloads.
• Bring innovative technologies and products to the customer.
• Provide value-added insight to the customer ensuring AWS cloud efficiency and operational excellence in a hands-off keyboard role.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of relatable experience.
• AWS Solutions Architect Associate or other AWS strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication both verbally and written using the Spanish and English languages.
• Excellent technical knowledge of all AWS technologies, services, and offerings.
• Ability to scale customer configurations.
• Ability to use account management tools.
• Ability to drive technical strategy of customer's cloud native transformation
• Strong knowledge of the configuration build process.
