Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct implementation calls.
- Present written and verbal proposals and grow the installed base.Understand invoicing, contracts, proposals and renewals.
- Escalate with guidance and receive escalations.
- Intelligently speak to customer technologycapabilities, possibilities, and pitfalls.
- Recognize and understand why and how to fix.
- Owns coordination with RXT teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Recognize gaps based on customer's current build and analyses for future gaps based on proposed changes.
- Explain why specific options will work and the difference in recommendations.
- Guide customers through implementation options.
- Be the primary customer advocate.
- Work with Rackspace cloud engineers, CSM, and other stakeholders to translate business and technical objectives into Rackspace solutions.
- Provide impartial advocacy, ongoing support, and assistance for workloads.
- Bring innovative technologies and products to the customer.
- Provide value-added insight to the customer ensuring AWS cloud efficiency and operational excellence in a hands-off keyboard role.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of relatable experience.
- AWS Solutions Architect Associate or other AWS strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication both verbally and written using the Spanish and English languages.
- Excellent technical knowledge of all AWS technologies, services, and offerings.
- Ability to scale customer configurations.
- Ability to use account management tools.
- Ability to drive technical strategy of customer's cloud native transformation
- Strong knowledge of the configuration build process.
