Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure, including Virtual Networks, NSGs, VPNs, and compute workloads.
- Implement and manage Active Directory and Azure AD, including Group Policies, domain services, and identity governance.
- Deploy and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, optimizing user experience and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Azure resources, networking, identity, and access.
- Collaborate with project teams and customers to gather requirements, create documentation, and deliver technical solutions.
- Monitor performance, security, and compliance of Azure environments.
- Research and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, security, and cost-efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Security).
- Deep understanding of Active Directory (on-prem and Azure AD), including AD DS, ADFS, and hybrid identity.
- Practical experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) setup and optimization.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, ARM, or Bicep. - Familiarity with DevOps practices: CI/CD, version control systems (Git), and automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and security tools in Azure.
- Understanding of cloud security principles, identity and access management, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Azure infrastructure and identity management.
- Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate / Azure Solutions Architect
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty
Good to have:
- Automate infrastructure deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.
