As the Senior Manager of Client Success-Prior Authorization, you will be responsible for owning client relationships, managing client contracts, and utilizing R1 technology to optimize Client KPIs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of account management, client success management, and/or revenue cycle operations consulting experience working with Vice President and Director-level partners
- 5+ Revenue Cycle experience, preferably has experience with Prior Authorization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel functions
- Ability to travel up to 25%
